Mental Health Resources

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

We all experience crisis at some point. But you don’t have to suffer alone. If you or someone you know is struggling, there are many forms of support, services, and treatments available. The services below are free and available 24/7. Your call will be answered by a trained crisis worker who will listen empathetically and without judgment, working to ensure that you feel safe and to help identify options and services in your area.

If you are currently in crisis, please text HOME to 741741 to reach a trained Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line or call 1-800-273-8255 to reach the National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
