Welcome to the Heal Well Mental Health Coaching Discovery Call with Candice

This introductory and empowering session is a great first step that will help you identify any areas of emotional, mental, or spiritual concern that you may be struggling with and help you decide rather coaching is right for you.

During this 45-minute offering, Candice will offer support and guidance that will help you to create an individualized plan that is designed to meet your specific needs. Together, you will finalize goals and action steps to make progress towards feeling healthier and more balanced. You can expect honest feedback, clear communication, encouragement and understanding as you move through this process.

Candice has extensive experience in the mental health field and a passion for helping people discover new possibilities in their lives. With her expert coaching and positive energy, you’ll soon have a greater sense of wellbeing.

Once you have booked this session please look for a message from us that will welcome you, provide a simple disclosure consent regarding our coaching philosophy, and next steps of intake for you to complete prior to your session. Once you complete this information, your coach will review your information and be ready for your upcoming session!
